A program with Retired Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court Greg Hobbs and Lifelong Learning discussing Water Conservation and Environmental Law in the Colorado West will be held on September 19th @ Ft. Lewis College, 130 Noble Hall.

Justice Hobbs will discuss two opinions he wrote that are helping shape environmental law in Colorado.
